The mentioned international limits and markup fees will be applied from 27/6/2024
We would like to inform you that in case of requesting to use the credit card in foreign currency while traveling, you should inform the bank before traveling through the nearest branch or call the customer service center (17004) in order to allow international usage limits during the travel period only.
A copy of exit and entry passport stamps should be presented to the bank within 90 days from opening the limit, or to present proof of your stay abroad for more than 90 days through the nearest branch or send an email to ([email protected]) including National ID number (for Egyptians) or Passport number (for Foreigners) and the last 4 digits of your credit card.
In case of violation of the above-mentioned instructions; you will be reported to The Egyptian Credit Bureau ( I-score) to be included in the negative list and will be prohibited from issuing any credit card or benefit from banking services, in addition to reporting to any other concerned party to take the needed action.
Please note:
- Any newly issued credit cards will not be eligible for international limits (Inside and outside Egypt) until 2 months after the issuance date.
- Usage of foreign currencies will be available according to each card limit.
- International spending at some merchants categories such as Jewelry is stopped or limited on QNB Cards.
Please abide by the proper usage of the Bank cards according to the terms and conditions of the cards. In addition, it is prohibited for the cards to be used or misused inside or outside Egypt by others to avoid card stoppage. For inquiries, please call 17004.
