Concierge Services: Visa provides its Concierge Services to QNB Visa Infinite cardholders, allowing them to take advantage of a variety of services available to you over the phone or online, 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world. Example of services available:
- flight reservations
- hotel reservations
- restaurant reservations
- car rental reservations
- event ticket purchases
- trip planning
- other general requests
- Extended warranty: your purchases using your infinite cards are automatically covered for an additional 12 months on the original 12 months warranty (up to a maximum of 24 months in total). Therefore, if the retailer or manufacturer will not repair or replace your purchase, our extended warranty will support you
- Purchase protection: It protects you against the theft or accidental damage of purchased items, so you can focus on simply finding that perfect buy. The purchased items must be new only and the coverage is for a maximum of 365 days from date of purchase with a maximum of 48 hours from date of incident to submit a claim (Cardholder must report within 24 hours in case of theft)
- Emergency assistance: in case you lost your cash or card, do not worry as Visa will help you solve these problems in few hours.
